As one of the world's leading open air art galleries, Yorkshire Sculpture Park makes a unique and ideal venue for conferencing, corporate entertaining, weddings and private parties. Located just one mile from junction 38 of the M1, YSP is perfectly situated for convenient access. Free onsite parking is available for guests and delegates. The YSP Centre houses the Restaurant, Boardroom and Auditorium, all available for exclusive event hire.
The purpose-built auditorium, with wi-fi and AV facilities, is situated on the ground floor of the YSP Centre. The auditorium has a raised stage area and a balcony which can seat an additional 20 delegates. Accessible ramp and hearing loop available.
Adjoining the auditorium, the boardroom can seat up to 14 delegates and has access to a private courtyard. Both the boardroom and auditorium have natural lighting and are fully accessible. A black-out facility is available for PowerPoint and slide presentations.
Rooms are available to hire separately, together as one large space, or as syndicate rooms.
Delegates can break for lunch in the versatile first floor restaurant with a viewing balcony overlooking the Park. The restaurant is also available for exclusive evening hire.
The YSP Centre is perfect for drinks receptions, guests can wander from the concourse of the contemporary building to the traditional Formal Gardens, enjoying spectacular views of the Park. The entire YSP Centre can be hired for evening events with full use of all facilities. The centre shop and award-winning Underground Gallery can also be open to guests on request.
